My approach

Bild mein ansatz.jpg

Helping people heal is truly my passion. There is nothing I would rather do. Inspired by the work of Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, Stephen Porges and many others, my journey to discover the true causes of our

suffering has led me again and again to the complex field of trauma. Not just stored in our brains, trauma lives in our bodies and nervous systems and has countless ways of drawing attention to itself. Whether through seemingly irrational fears, phobias, physical discomfort, pain, physical or mental illness, or nearly unsurmountable barriers in our personal development, unresolved early adverse experiences as well as traumatic experiences later in life have a huge impact on our wellbeing.

The methods that I use all complement each other.

Hypnosis is an amazing tool for retrieving old memories in order to resolve their impact, but also connecting with your subconscious to dissolve old limiting beliefs, build self-confidence, improve your effectiveness and overall well-being.

Havening is a quick and extremely effective tool for resolving trauma and old emotional pain that repeatedly becomes activated. It can also be used for relieving physical pain and improving self-esteem, improving resilience, as well as facilitating many other positive changes.

ILP is a coaching method that teaches you new strategies for finding solutions, rather than focusing on problems. It is useful in personality development as well as personal crises.
You can read more about each of these methods here.
